As for payments, we adopted a single payment: three million if one of our residents died, a million if hospitalised, and 500 [thousand roubles] to [anyone] who suffered injuries or wounds.
Our translation; the original is in Russian. «Всё, что касается выплат, мы приняли единую выплату: три миллиона – если погиб наш житель, миллион – если госпитализирован, и 500 [тысяч рублей] – [тому,] кто получил те или иные повреждения и ранения.»
