We will draw up a programme for each family, as you did, as you taught us after the Raspadskaya mine. You did all this personally. And until they turn 18, those who have surviving children, we will look after them, look after them personally. This I firmly promise you.
Our translation; the original is in Russian. «Мы по каждой семье разработаем программу так, как Вы делали, как Вы учили по шахте Распадской. Вы лично все это делали. И до 18 лет, у кого живые дети остались, мы их будем вести, персонально вести. Это я Вам твердо обещаю.»
