I instruct the Government, together with the regions, to work out a procedure for providing free land plots for building a house or a dacha at the birth of a third or later child.
Our translation; the original is in Russian. «Поручаю Правительству совместно с регионами проработать порядок предоставления бесплатных земельных участков под строительство жилого дома или дачи при рождении третьего и последующего ребёнка.»
